I have the same problem!!! One day after letting her dog crap on my lawn I ran out the door and yelled to her "would you like a bag for poop?" she said "no thanks" arggg
we also have cats running wild in this city
people dont keep their cats inside and they dont fix them!!! It is always great to start your morning walking out the door to a sprayed on mat
