my pupies had this problem too, i switched them to a soft canned food for about a week, and left it in their cagefor only 20 min if they did not eat then i took it away (but only after 20 min was over) they began eating it as soon as they realized it was soft and different then their original food. after about a week on this i slowly incorporated solid food mixed in with the soft, eventually leading back to all solid food.
i dont know if this will work for you but it did for me and i havent had the same problem since
