  I agree that is a beautiful yorkie and whatever reason, he has a record to prove it.
Ch. Oznillion Dedication hAS became  the breed record holder with
52 CCs also winning 48 BOBs, top ten toY group   also including
crufts 1988 and 2 bis and 3 RBIS at all breed championship shows.
It is very hard to tell the texture of this dogs coat by the photo
but his record wins says somthing about him.
As far as coloring dogs in European lines it is certainly used all over
usa as well.  I don't know about the judging in any other countries
but his track record says alot. Also he has produced many ch.
big yorkies can be throw backs from 10 gen back. look at us humans
you see that all the time. The yorkie did not start out small.

I still love to look at all the european sites. I can say this that
if you ever buy one of these dogs you would probably have to fly
over to the country to see what you are buying because like
any thing you can't tell by just pictures you have to see it in person.
