Think about your husband feelings in all of this, and if the shoe was on the other foot. (if it were you that had bonded and not your husband) and you were told he had to go back.
I had to respond to this! I have a JRT and (I love him to death, but...) he drives me CRAZY!!!

I also wanted to say what a pleasure it has been to read this thread and see all of the POSITIVE responses. Almost everyone was sensitive to what the OP was feeling and gave great advice. I am glad to see that little Leo is getting a second chance. I have a feeling that you will be happy with this choice in the long run.

I have had Cooper for 2 months and he has JUST starte sleeping through the night. He's a lot cuter after eight hours of sleep!
