When my cat was a kitten he wouldn't go in his litter box. So...i just put a foil litter pan where ever he went! I had like two or three of them around the kitchen. He finally got it that I wanted him to go in the PAN!
I would stick a pee pad under the table! LOL maybe this is a bad idea!!!! Never mind don't listen to me...I'm in a silly mood.
