I have never had this happen to me...but i'm trying to understand how you are feeling...I know how hard it can be though with a new puppy..Pixie is still taking up ALL of my spare time and she's 8 months old! luckily she has quickly settled into our routine..she sleeps in her crate at night with no fuss and is used to the 4 hours a day that she is left while i am working. Pixie is incredibly demanding...I am not even allowed to sit looking at the computer screen for too long and she will be screeching, squeaking & yapping for my attention..she is unbelievable!
and i have to admit there have been occasions when i have thought...'please! someone take her away'!!! lol.. as mothers do sometimes with their babies...everyone needs a break. Pixie is literally my LIFE...and i am not joking...she is totally dependant on me which is a huge responsibility not to be taken lightly....you are not a bad person..maybe give it another couple of weeks and get that routine in order...things will get easier and i'm sure your new baby will soon be giving you lots of love and joy. Goodluck in whatever you decide.
