There are three options...but I think the two you listed above mean you would return Capone to her. The third option is you sign a waiver to keep him but she reimburses you for the vet expenses you've already paid...but none beyond that.
It's a great service for pet buyers, but it is limited to people selling 2 litters a year or 20 dogs. do you know how often she has puppies?
