Talk about luck....about 11 years ago my husband and I went to a garage sale and the people had several Yorkies out on the porch. At the time my husband and I had 2 other female Yorkies and wanted another so we asked them if they had any for sale. They said they wanted to sell one of the females for $50. That is when we bought Channel. She was about 14 months old and AKC registered. It turned out that her grandfather was a champion and she had 22 champions in her pedigree. I have attached a picture that was taken of her when she was around 9 years old. You don't have to pay a fortune for a quality Yorkie but sometimes luck and being in the right place at the right time really helps. |
