I suggest changing her food. Each dog is an individual and different foods work for certain dogs while others do not. Yours may have a sensitive stomach or an allergy to something in the food you are currently feeding.

I'm not sure if vomiting is a symptom of Liver Shunt or not...but yorkies are 36 times more likely to have a liver shunt than all other breeds combined...it is way too common in this breed. I highly suggest all yorkies be bile acid tested as a puppy to check for it.
