I can totally relate. Bear's was getting long and messy looking and he didn't like the topknot at all so I decided to cut it short around the face. He looks absolutely adorable, so much so that I ended up cutting Mindy's short around the face too. Now they look like twins and I can't tell them apart but I'm happy I did it. It's much more manageable and I can see their eyes so much better. They look so adorable together with their cuts. My daughter says, it's sooo much fun. She's 10 and thinks it's neat trying to figure out which one is which. The way I looked at it is I can always grow it back. I left the body long for the colder weather but will probably go shorter in the summer. So much easier and won't mat as much putting clothes on them.
