Thanks for the site and all of the support As for now, I'm trying to get a little weight off before I really committ to a diet and this is the best way that I have found. Once that happens, I may switch diets. The diet is going MUCH better. I feel 100% better, and I have tons of energy already. No nap today or yesterday, and I'm not even tired! I've lost 3 lbs already, which makes me feel like a star. The food isn't that bad either...lots of cheese.
I saw that thing on Oprah about the Perricone diet. Those transformations were amazing. It was like people had facelifts from being on the diet!
