Ellie has a nutritionist. Her name is Dr. Rebecca Remillard. She is president of petdiets.com and also works through Angell Animal Medical Center in Boston (this is how I would contact her). She is one of the best in the world but I don't necessary recommend her because Ellie is on 24% protein (because she feels it is fine). She also doesn't have a problem with her eating red meat. Ellie has no hepatic encephalopathy symptoms...

Not everyone would be satisfied with her but I do know she is very good at what she does.
