It's against the law to do that here, thank God....I don't see very many people anymore with dogs loose in the back of a pickup. I mean, hardly EVER anymore.
I did see someone yesterday though with a terrier like dog...I wasn't sure exactly what it was...not a really tiny dog, but not a big dog either...driving with the dog on his lap and the window down and the dog was half out the window. I just thought, "oh gosh...he's just asking for trouble"......what can you do? Some people just never think anything will happen to THEM.
