My sister was driving this morning and saw a lady with her little bishon dog hanging out the passenger side window. The lady made a left hand turn and the poor little dog fell out of the window and the lady's back tire hit the dog! My sister saw the dog swing all around like a rag doll. Well, the lady got out of the car and called to her dog. That dog must have had an adrenalin rush going because it got up and came to the lady when she called it. My sister turned her car around to ask if the dog was ok and the lady was doing the sign of the cross and shook her head up and down to say yes. She wouldn't roll the window down in her car and she drove away. My sister wanted to tell her that the lady's back tire actually hit her dog! I hope that she took her little one in to the vet to get checked out. Please.....Don't let your dog hang out the window while you are driving. Keep your pet safe!
