I have heard of some dogs who attention seek - but since she just had surgery it could very well be a sign of something else. Pain, infection, fever? I don't know too much about this stuff. Are you home with her today? Can you cuddle her to see if she stops shaking - that would probably help you know if its attention seeking or something else.
The medications and lack of eating will mess up her pooping schedule. Maybe she would eat a bit of rice and boiled white chicken meat? That might smell yummy to her and entice her to eat.
