Sometimes - language can make an impact. I wonder if we disallowed the word "dock" and forced all of us to use the word "cut" whether the demand and allure for it would decrease more quickly. It's much easier to ask for a "docked tail" instead of a "cut tail". For me, it makes it easier not to think about what it really is. I love either look, but do not want puppies to be in pain and will be fine with the laws and standards are changed.
