I would not breed a girl under 5 pounds (and for sure under about 4 1/2).
If I were to breed I would do bile acid tests on both, along with LP xrays and possibly hips also. The bloodlines should be checked for these things and they should be clear of collapsing trachea.
Does she come from a line of free whelpers?
