Most airlines in this country require a "Health Certificate" issued by a vet within 10-30 [?] days of travel. I carry copies of Toto's vet records everywhere we go ... some hotels also require them. Even though we have never been asked to produce them ... we always travel "prepared"! There are several countries that we always planned to visit ... not any more ... if Toto can't go, then we don't go!!
We would never, ever subject her to quarantine!
