Oh yes, after my engagement broke off in Aug 05, i was with the guy for almost 10 years... I thought that was it... my one great love... all gone. I even held out hope for a LONG time that he just needed to grow up and he'll be back. (this is AFTER we sold the house, cancelled the wedding, he took the ring back, etc... and it was our 4th break up in those years) I was soooooo stupid when it came to him. I was very bitter and angry for a LONG time. I am not anymore... I recently (ironically RIGHT before I went out with this guy) had a change of heart in Dec. Told my ex (who STILL contacted me) to F**K off for good! (sorry so crude, but it had to be said that way cuz he kept me hanging on with false hope so I had to end that for my own sake in a harsh way!) and a month went by and then boom... I met this guy... I was like the universe was saying "That was all you needed to do to finally get your true love, was to finally let go of the old one for good"
