I bought a Puppia Vest for Duke, i put it on him with the leash about 3x a day and walk in our hallway (we live in an apartment building in NYC). It's been almost 2weeks and he still doesn't want to stay still for the vest, but he knows that once i put both on him, we can go out....so i guess it'll take time.
i really like the puppia vest i got.
