Your pup will hate them at first. But be consistent. Put them on, hold a treat a few feet away from them and don't give up until they take a few steps. Gradually increase the number of steps they take.
It took me about 2 weeks before they stopped fighting me and agreed to go for long walks with booties on. And even now, I have to fight them to get them on.
