Yep, frozen fog. We get that here too. It is beautiful but oh so dangerous! We've gotten it several times this winter during the warmer days in between the below zero days, but we usually have it in the early Spring.
Today the snow and ice were melting but leaving a thin layer of frozen ice on the roads and walks. Not good driving conditions.
