I love homemade vegetable soup! I haven't made it in awhile though.

How do you freeze yours?

I have used the freezer rubbermaid type containers, but they still get ice crystals in it...maybe I should put a piece of parchment on top of it or something?

Someone once mentioned freezing soup in ziplock freezer bags and then just placing the bags in a pot of boiling water...anyone try that?
