I always freeze veggie soup, too! It's nice to come in from work and stick it in the microwave.

I just put a beef roast with potatoes, carrots and onions in the slow cooker. I mixed up a batch of sour dough bread and am waiting for it to rise. I think I'll cook butter beans and then my dinner will be complete.
