Isn't that the truth..........it is really in just about everything you eat!
Even the 100% fruit juice has a lot of sugar in it...I think the orange juice was 22 or 28 grams!
I did find a yogurt that was only 5grams. And the 100 calorie snack packs, I only eat half and save the other half for the next day...just to cut back on some of the sugars!
