Dr. Center no longer recommends a twelve hour fast as MyFairLacy said. Also, Dr. Center's recommendation is the a BAT ideally be done at sixteen weeks, but since most puppies go to their new home at twelve weeks, then right before their departure. If you read my post #10, you will see an excerpt from her handout stating that.
Why don't you have your vet contact Dr. Center for her updated protocol?
