I don't like what she said and I find it horribly offensive, but we have a right to free speech in this country, and so she does have a right to say that. It doesnt make it a good thing to do, but she can do it.

Everyone is entitled to their personal beliefs (or lack of beliefs, for that matter). She has as much right to say what she said, as everyone else who thanks Jesus does to thank Him. Just because a large percent of the population finds it offensive, it doesn't mean she can't say it.
