 thought of something else
Regarding being sued over injuries caused by a dog. Last summer a child threw a ball over a privacy fence, climbed over, and then fell ON the dog. The dog bite the child, duh. Any way the kid's parents sued, won, and the family was forced to either give the dog away or have it destroyed. Now I don't want anyone bitten, but for God's sake the dog was in HIS backyard.....the kid was trespassing. Btw, the dog moved into OUR neighborhood.
