At what age can I start pulling up pepper's hair into a topknot. Her hair isn't long enough right now but I can make a cute pigtail. A woman at petsmart told me the other day that "that is still puppy hair and you shouldn't pull it up yet because It will cause a bald spot". Any truth to this. I so want to dress up my baby. |
