Wysong makes a canned SENIOR food that is lower protein. 
For snacks you can give apple bits (peeled), watermelon, white potato (peeled and cooked), sweet potato (peeled and cooked), zuccini, carrot, green beans.  I prefer to cook the carrot but you could also pulverize it.    |  
 
  
what portions?  like how much apple, potato or watermelon is too much?  do you cook the green beans or feed them raw. would like a 1/4 inch piece of green bean be normal size to give as a treat?
