One does heartworms and other intestinal beasties, and the other does all the worms plus flea med.

Remember, I live in Flea Country. I need to do something for the little dude, and the vet pushes both of these, with priority placed on Sentinal (because of the fleas).

Hoping to stay "chemical free" may not be a possibility given our locale. Anything REALLY bad about either one?
