My only advice is to wash her paws after a walk. Charlie has a tapeworm, and on Revolution monthly. However, we visited family at Christmas who have one dog & two cats. One cat had fleas and Charlie wanted to lay on big dog's bed. Plus, their yard had a lot of poop on it which was recently cleaned up. I am sure that is where he contracted the flea and then tapeworm. He also walks in the park daily, so I am back to cleaning his paws after each outing. Just like having a little child and the need to wash their hands. Warmly, Deborah
