High protein ahs never been shown to CAUSE kidney damage, but if diagnosed they need to be switched to lower. I am more comfortable with lower to begin with.
Is this a puppy food or adult food? |
It's supposed to be for puppies and adults.. so they said.

It's 42% protein and contains turkey, chicken, eggs, apples, tomatoes, carrots and garlic. Also contains cottage cheese, alfalfa sprouts, dried chicory root, and about a zillion vitamins. Directions tell how much to feed a puppy. They don't have any canned food...I asked because I was going to get both. Maybe I should I just take it back...it's supposed to have an unconditional guarantee.
Thanks everybody for your help. it's so hard to know what to get. I've always cooked chicken and vegetables for Ziggy ...he absolutely refuses to eat any kind of dog food.

Patty, it's 801 S Woodrow Lane...past the animal shelter and on the other side of the street.
