Tucker only barks if he wants to play. Also, when he is in his xpen and we are eating. I think it's because he can see us and wants to be with us. Sometimes, if he doesn't stop, I put him in his crate until we are finished eating and he stays completly quiet until I let him out. I carry him most places with me in a dog carrier/purse and he is so quiet that he is rarely noticed
My sister's dog, on the other hand, barks and barks. She brought her home at 6 months and purchased her from a BYB, so mabe that's why? I didn't bring Tucker home unti he was 11 weeks and have socialized him as much as possible. I love love love my yorkie and wouldn't have any other breed..well mabe a boxer
