Your "little puppy" from a puppy mill will probably be significantly more than the 3 pounds you are looking for and, trust me when I say this, the initial amount you pay for your yorkie is NOTHING compared to the medical bills that can pile up on a sick yorkie.
I would really rethink the petstore puppy.
