You're doing great and I'm sure she'll be just fine. My present yorkie was shy and skitterish, too. Still shy. Always will be. But now whenever she thinks she might want to be scared she'll look up at me and I'll say it's all right and then she understands there is nothing to be afraid of! It's kinda cute!
