When I go to my vet he short hands what we spoke of that was important in that chart and he takes a quick look before we being our next round of talks. I appreciate and value that in a vet. I KNOW they can't remember what they spoke about due to the number of people they see but I still think just like my regular physician that he/she should familiarize themselves with our last visit and see what the reason is for the current one. That is the true sign of a good physician in my eyes.
