 I don't know what to do! Please help!
Hey All! Oliver went to the groomer a few days ago and now he has a huge welt under his chin. It itches him like CRAZY! I gave him a bath with medicated shampoo from the vet, oatmeal shampoo and oatmeal conditioner. I put neosporin on it and a cone so he didn't scratch. He CRIES AND CRIES AND CRIES! I thought it would take awhile for him to get used to it but I think it is the itching that is causing the crying... I don't knwo what to do!! When I am home I'm OKAY with leaving the cone off and watching him very carefully so he doesn't scratch but I will have to be gone all day tomorrow (9:30-3:30) and I am worried that he'll CRY ALL DAY with the cone on or scratch all day with it off...
any suggestions?
