The laugh is on me. I did not like this guys face and thought that he did not have correct expression according to my interpretation of the standard.
Laugh is on me and he is out to prove me wrong. His brother Buddy was placed in a pet home and he is every bit as nice as Buster.
My handler who is also my friend (Peggy) made me sit down and take another look at him. Sure glad that she did. We have two shows this weekend and then a week off and then I think the week after he is entered in 4 shows thursday through Sunday.
It will keep me busy watching m two boys- my 16 y/o old son has made the varsity football team at his school. He is almost 6 foot 4 inches and weighs 250 pounds may have something to do with it. He attends school in the second largest school district here in Indiana. He is quite proud that with all the competition that he made the squad asa sophomore. We are proud of him also. And then of course my four legged son Buster.
We plan on taking Buster to UKC shows and working on a title with then and this fall or next spring working on his international title. That is the game plan we will keep our fingers crossed. WE also have to work in time to find a lady for him. He might be good looking but he is of no show value if he can not produce good puppies when bred to a couple of nice gals. |
