the one i mentioned above is my favourite sugar free cookbook. the dr.mercols total health program is a good one also. those are the only two i use at the moment. i find the nourishing traditions one very helpful because she also goes into detail about different foods and the health benefits or harm that they can cause. once you get familiar with all of the substitutes you can use for harmful foods, you can adapt almost any recipe to be sugar free! for example, if a recipe calls for breadcrumbs as a crust or coating, i will use crushed walnuts or almonds instead. instead of flour in gravies, i use arrowroot or almond flour. i usually now download any recipe i want off of the internet and can adapt it to my lifstyle!
