i agree and u can find ways to report her...isnt that alil too much breeding shes doing its like shes not making the mother rest she keeps having new liters is that normal...i would take her to court for emotional distress and dr bills she refuses to pay but is willing to take the dog back but ur attach to it and its emotional...go to small claims court
