i agree with what someone else posted about offering him something even better for what he has and teaching the drop it or give command.
if that doesn't work and he still aggressive about it to the point where you can't use your hands you can try using an object to take the toy/food object from him. There was an episode of the dog whisperer with a very nasty rat terrier mix who would bite your hand off for trying to take something away from him. Caesar used a broom as an extension of his hand to claim the space and take the toy.
your guy is still really young so i think the trade option will work for him.
also, as far as marking in the house i'd get him neutered asap. As long as his 'boys' have dropped you can get him done. you don't have to wait. crate training will help too or giving him an even smaller space then what he already has. see if making his space smaller will stop him from peeing in his area. if it does then you'll have to set up a schedule for eating and pottying. if you do a search here you will find alot of info about that.
