I just learned that this woman did have a kennel license HOW did she get it don't they have to check them out first?

Also here is a little update on the puppies that was posted on tmnews

kudos to the local whistleblowers, the animal activists from out of town, the wrhs, and the mpd. and for mike61, I just returned from wrhs to help the overworked employees who are trying to tend to these new arrivals plus the already housed dogs and cats at the shelter. The animals seized last nite are being fed and sheltered in a warm buliding with room to run and play. The director of wrhs has the sick and possibly dying pups taken from the residence and has spent all nite bottle feeding and tending to these pups which still might not survive. The animals at the shelter are matted, dirty and have fleas and lice. To let an animal live with such conditions and ailments is abuse plain and simple.If you allowed a child to live in such conditions you would be arrested for child abuse. No difference.
