We just went through sorta similar thing with Gracie this week. However, she was not shaking, but she had vomiting and diarrhea. We also have not changed their food in over a year and we are very very careful that nothing hits the floor. Hallee was fine and had none of these symptoms. Thursday morning she vomited and had diarrhea. I came home later that day and she had poo all over her backside and had diarrhea smeared all over the carpet. As I was running bath water she threw up two more times and had diarrhea again. Hubby called our vet and her got her in that night before closing. Her temp was fine and she was hydrated. He gave her a shot for vomiting and a shot to relax her because he said he could feel her tummy cramping up. The shot to relax her totally relaxed her because by the time we got home she could not even walk. Then he gave us oral medication for vomiting as needed. She was fine by the Friday afternoon. That cost us $74.00. She seems to still be fine.
