I have been reading your site for days and I really like it and need some help. I recently adopted a yorkie male from a shelter. He is blind in 1 eye and weighs about 7 lbs. They say he is between 8 and 10 but I think he is older. I took him to a vet and she was unsure of his age. His teeth are infected and some need to be removed. He also sleeps alot but seems to be eating well. My question s how do I know his age? Im scared I took a dog that may die soon with all of his problems. I also own another yorkie who is 1 1/2. I want to do all I can from my senior yorkie.
