In children. Sorry I should have elaberated more.. I'm wondering of the treatments and how you diagnose one. I had a mediator that has never spoken to my son just his school and has said my son needs to be put on Ridalin. Yet she doesnt understand the reason my son has focus and temperment issues in school is because his fathers way of babysitting is buying video games. My son has a Nintendo Ds with 20+ games, Nintendo game cube with i don't know how many games, a new Wii with 21 games. Plus his dads play station 2 & 3.. Everytime I talk to my son he's playing a game.. Nights, weekends, mornings anytime he's playing a game.. Of course he's going to have focus issues hello school is slow and uninteresting soon as he's home bamm on a game again.. Sorry i vented.. So I'm trying to figure out the pro's and con's to what she's stated my son needs though she's never seen or talked to him. |
