"i'm done talking to you, if you want anything take it to small claims." and that was it, he wanted NO further dicussion. but today, after i pick up the vet statement, im going over there one more time, because it's the law that i show him the vet statement, and im bringing a witness.... also, it is within 5 days, i just got the confirmed diagnosis 2 days ago.
thank you so much to CC's without you i would not of known anything about this law. luckily i learned in the appropriate time! but unfortunately it looks as if we'll be going to court, but i WILL take it there, that guy deserves it... and i did print the entire code section on this matter, and have thoroughly read it several times... and guys i have to say it looks like this guy is going down!... oh, but just in case, by boyfriend id calling attorneys today to seek some advice... geez sorry it's so long!----oh, yeah and bell is on all the right meds and L/D, she has been for about 5 months. she is actually symptom free as of now, and would like to keep it that way! again, thanks everyone. |
