oh yah! you have seen/heard right! even in EXCELLENT neighborhoods!! it doesn't matter.. so sad!
its scary!! i have heard it so much lately..and acutally knew someone who had her yorkie stolen out of her car! i always keep the doors locked.. why risk it? im VERY glad, TIM(my bf) is the SAME way-actually he is probably WORSE than me
no joke.. he is SO protective of Avie!! hehe.
