I don't think it could be too bad as many people as they go through and some I can't imagine passing. I use to go there but the turn over rate was so bad and my yorkie wasn't gettting good groomings that I finally stopped going there. Now I just go to a regular grooming person that I can depend on. Hope you do good and enjoy it. Maybe in your state they will have a better turn over rate than here.
