hhhmmmm...I just finished posting on a cute puppy that's for sale - but what really bothered me was the price. FOUR grand for a puppy just because it's tiny to me is outrageous. I saw someone justified the asking price of 4,000 saying very small yorkies should go to homes with money only - that seems VERY snobby and makes it harder for all of us who aren't rich.
I think this rage over tiny's will get worse and there will be many people left heartbroken due people to breeding smaller and smaller to ask more money .... Eventually - there are going to be small yorkies with many health problems out there if everyone intentionally goes smaller.
There is NOTHING wrong with an average size yorkie - no one can guarantee size and asking upwards of 2000 dollars is to me... price gouging.
I'm all for breeders selling here - I think it's great...but wow have I seen some prices that blow my mind.
